Shipping conditions:
Maybe it is not the fastest and cheapest option, but we are a stamp/philatelic shop. Therefore all the orders will be shipped through Correos - Spanish Post by registered airmail, well protected using appropriate packaging material. GALERIA ATM is responsible for the shipping and safe delivery. Being shipped through Correos, all our shipments are franked with stamps, usually a combination of ATM stamps and 'traditional stamps'.
GALERIA ATM commits to send the order in the shortest time possible, usually within 24-48 hours on weekdays. On some occasions, usually because international trips, the shipping can be delayed for some days. In the unlikely event that an item is unavailable, we will inform you by email, and you can then decide on the continuation or cancel your order.
The shipping costs for the orders under 150€ will be paid by the customer, and include all the shipping, packaging & handling fees.
Please note if this is your first visit to our online shop or you are not logged in from your customer account, the system does not know the country of destination, so by default it shows the domestic shipping costs (Spain). These costs may change when you log in to your account or enter the destination postal address in another country.
- Shipments up to 50 gr.: 5.50€ (Spain) / 7.50€ (Europe) / 8.00€ (North America & Oceanía) / 8.00€ (Rest of the world)
- Shipments up to 100 gr.: 6.50€ (Spain) / 8.50€ (Europe) / 10.00€ (North America & Oceanía) / 9.50€ (Rest of the world)
- Shipments up to 500 gr.: 8.00€ (Spain) / 13.00€ (Europe) / 16.50€ (Rest of the world)

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, please contact us by e-mail immediately, and always before 15 days after the reception. GALERIA ATM guarantee the replacement or the refund of the paid amount (minus shipping costs) if the product can not be replaced.
